SEE HOW WE’RE UNIQUE
Our 21-week (31 class hours) MentorCoach Training Program is uniquely designed to empower you to successfully make the transition into becoming a masterful coach. Using a blend of theory and coaching interventions we’ve refined since 1981, we’ll teach you the theory, the practice, and the nuts and bolts of getting your coaching practice up and running.
Highlights Include:
- We’re an internationally recognized coach training program designed exclusively for accomplished professionals from a wide range of disciplines
- We are an ICF ACCREDITED LEVEL 2 COACH TRAINING PROGRAM. We have been awarded the International Coaching Federation’s Accredited Level 2 Coach Training Program designation. This credential is awarded to programs that meet professional standards for coach training programs established by the ICF. The MentorCoach Certification Program (CMC) meets every academic requirement for becoming both an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
- MentorCoach has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Time Magazine, PBS, and in dozens of local and regional newspapers. We present on coaching throughout the United States, write on coaching, and publish The Coaching Toward Happiness eNewsletter (CTH).
- 21 weeks (31 class hours) of classes with gifted faculty and warm social support within the class
- Extraordinary Teachers—click here for their bios
- All classes run by Zoom webinar. You’ll make friends with fellow students from throughout the country and internationally. And you can join us from your office, your deck, or from the beach.
- Extensive manuals, contracts, our student website and other proprietary material sent to you via E-mail and the web
- When you have to miss a class (for work, travel or vacation), you’ll get a recording–so you’ll stay completely caught up! And since you can call into the class from anywhere in the world with a phone, you can join us even from the beach.
- Time Required for the Program. As little as 1.5 hours a week. Two hours if you also attend the weekly practice sessions with a class partner. More intensively if you have the time. Take a deep breath…. Remember–this is a marathon, not a sprint. Ten years from now it will not matter how fast you went the first six months. It will matter only that you stayed with it and what you have done in the ninth and tenth years. So…go at your own pace! You can do it!
