Level One Curriculum

Hands-on courses leading to 60 hours of instruction in coaching

Foundations in Coaching and Professional Ethics

We discuss the research that makes MentorCoach training distinctive. You’ll study the science of human motivation, behavior change, resilience, and flourishing. You’ll learn why strength-based approaches produce different outcomes than problem-focused methods. You’ll establish the theoretical foundation that informs every technique you’ll use with clients.

We’ll also help you build your coaching business while maintaining ethical standards. You’ll learn practice management, client acquisition, service delivery, and professional boundaries. You’ll understand the ICF Code of Ethics not as abstract rules but as practical guidelines for real coaching dilemmas.
