| A | You will receive payment approximately thirty days after your referral begins their course in Foundations. | |
| 2. | Q | How do I get paid? |
| A | You will receive a check in the mail based on the information you submit on your registration. | |
| 3. | Q | How do people I'm referring get connected and identified as my affiliate? |
| A | When you register, you will receive your individual affiliate ID. Your referrals will enter this ID when they sign up. Your name and information will be coded along with their registration. Your contact and payment information will immediately enter our system. | |
| 4. | Q | Can I have an account where I build-up credit and apply the credit to courses? |
| A | All payments will be made by check. | |
| 5. | Q | Can my affiliate link be used more than once--is there a limit to how many people I can refer? |
| A | There is no limit in the number of times you may use your affiliate link; nor is there a limit on how many people you can refer. | |
| 6. | Q | Can I call the MentorCoach office on the phone to make a referral? |
| A | No. To receive payment for a referral, the person you are referring must register online, and the registration must be associated with your affiliate ID. | |
| 7. | Q | Do my referrals have to sign up on line in order for me to get my referral fee? |

| 8. | Q | Why is MentorCoach applying only this to Foundations? |
| A | We are looking to grow the MentorCoach community. MCP Foundations is an experience that all members of the community share in common. | |
| 9. | Q | What happens if someone I refer withdraws from a course? Will I still get a referral fee? |
| A | It depends. If the withdrawal occurs within the time limit established for providing a tuition refund, you will not get a referral fee. If the withdrawal occurs after that time limit has passed, you will get a referral fee. | |
| 10. | Q | Will I receive a referral fee if I register for MCP Foundations using my Affiliate ID? |
| A | No. No referral fees will be made for self-referrals. | |
